I understand the human being as a holistic being. This means that body, mind and soul are in a reciprocal relationship with each other and with the environment.
As a craniosacral therapist I work through the body. Depending on the need, I combine conversation and treatment with different emphasis or after an initial conversation the treatment takes place mostly in silence. Gentle, targeted contacts bring about, among other things, a balancing of the nervous system, deep relaxation and activate self-regulation. In this way, disturbances, blockages and tensions are released both in the body and on the mental and psycho-emotional level.
